Peter Hagelund

Peter Hagelund has a diverse work experience that spans over three decades. Peter has held various leadership roles, including Chief Architect, CTO, and Senior Architect. Peter has worked for both large corporations like IBM, HP, and Oracle, as well as smaller companies like Arable Labs, Inc. and Bluestone Software.

Some notable projects they have led include being the lead architect on iCIMS' product suite and platform-as-a-service offering, as well as their big data analytics initiative. At IBM, they were the chief architect for the Optim product line and led the implementation of the IBM DataWorks Cloud-based data shaping engine. Peter also played a key role in modernizing HP's OpenView stack with a focus on service-oriented architecture.

Throughout their career, Peter has been involved in various aspects of software development, including web services, data analytics, and UI modernization. Peter has a strong background in architecture design and implementation, as well as integration with third-party components and tools. Overall, Peter's work experience demonstrates their expertise in architecting and implementing innovative solutions in the software industry.

Peter Hagelund attended Aalborg Business College from 1982 to 1984, where they earned an Associate's degree in Information Technology and Financials. Peter then pursued further education at IT-Universitetet i København from 1988 to 1989, specializing in Distributed Databases.
