Tony Almario

Tony Almario has a diverse work history, starting in 1997 as an Account Executive at American Background. Tony later became a National Account Executive, managing enterprise sales from 2001 to 2010. In 2010, Tony joined SterlingBackcheck as a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, a role they held until 2016. Tony then worked as the Vice President of Sales at Proforma Screening Solutions from 2016 to 2019. In 2020, they became the Managing Director at O.C. Tanner Recognition Company, and in 2021, they joined iCIMS as the Senior Principal Account Manager.

Tony Almario earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from Oral Roberts University, attending from 1987 to 1991. Tony then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Shenandoah University, completing their studies from 1995 to 1998.
