Shahar Elyakim

Shahar Elyakim is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Global CX PM at ICL Growing Solutions since November 2022, Shahar manages the Digital Market Place project and other service-oriented initiatives. Prior experience includes the role of Innovation and Operational Excellence Manager at YPH GROUP LTD, where responsibilities encompassed process control and by-product utilization, alongside leadership of the Division service program. Additionally, roles as an HRIS Specialist at ICL Group and System Analyst at Dead Sea Works highlighted expertise in SAP-HR systems. Shahar's career also includes positions in project management and BI leadership across various organizations, supported by an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from the same institution.
