Roy Pinchassi

Roy Pinchassi currently serves as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at ICL Growing Solutions since November 2024 and has been with ICL-IP since April 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing global supply chain activities such as production planning, S&OP, inventory management, and logistics, in addition to leading a digital transformation initiative. Prior experience at ICL Group includes roles as Planning Manager and Income Control Manager since January 2006. Roy Pinchassi holds a Master of Arts in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Ruppin Academic Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
