Schuyler Cowan

Schuyler Cowan is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in program coordination and educational mentorship. Currently serving as a Communications Officer at ICLEI Europe since May 2021, Schuyler previously coordinated programs for Women Political Leaders, enhancing digital visibility through targeted initiatives. Other roles include English Language Consultant at iTutorGroup, Operations Director at Xcelerate Education, and leadership development for Japanese students while at Oxbridge Academic Programs. Schuyler holds an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Oxford and a BA in Political Science and Government & Italian from Mount Holyoke College. A Fulbright Scholar, Schuyler has also gained international experience in educational and administrative roles, showcasing a deep commitment to cross-cultural communication and educational development.
