Stephen Gadsby

Stephen Gadsby has extensive experience in finance and consulting. Stephen currently serves as the Head of Finance at ICM Capital, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Gadsby Accounting & Consulting Ltd starting from 2013.

Stephen also held positions at various financial institutions, including Royal Bank of Scotland, where they worked as a Project Finance Manager from 2012 to 2013. At HSBC, they served as a Global Finance Project Manager from 2010 to 2011. Stephen also worked at Old Mutual as a Business Partner - FCI controls specialist from 2009 to 2010.

Before that, Stephen worked at RBS Insurance as a Division Project Manager - Sarbanes Oxley s404 from 2006 to 2007. Stephen also worked at Lloyds Banking Group as an Offshore banking - SOX consultant/business unit lead from 2005 to 2006.

Stephen's early career included positions at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Business Analyst from 2004 to 2005, Banco Santander as a SOX consultant in 2004, and J.P. Morgan as a Project Business Analyst from 2000 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Stephen has gained expertise in finance management, project management, business analysis, and consultancy.

Stephen Gadsby obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Newcastle University in 1984. Stephen further pursued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Kingston University between 1996 and 1998.
