Irica Solomon

Irica Solomon is currently serving as the Vice President - Head of Government Relations & Corporate Social Responsibility at MissionSquare Retirement since September 2021. Previously, Irica held the title of Vice President - Federal Government Relations at MetLife from October 2015 to March 2021. Prior to that, Irica worked as VP - Federal & Political Affairs at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies from June 2010 to October 2015. With a strong background in political affairs, Irica has also held positions at the National Apartment Association, Clarity First Communications, and United Airlines. Irica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics from Syracuse University and a Master's in Public Policy Analysis from George Washington University.
