Jeffrey attended Towson University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Strategic Operations Management. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they enrolled in The Wharton School's Aresty Institute of Executive Education, focusing on Strategy and Negotiations. In 2016, they participated in the AMP 71 program at The Wharton School, specializing in Executive Leadership.
