Vice President Institutional Sales at Mission Square Retirement

Rebecca Gill has over 27 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Vice President Institutional Sales at MissionSquare Retirement since October 2021. In this role, they are responsible for growing the public sector retirement plans business within the Central region of the U.S. Prior to that, they worked at Nationwide Financial for 27 years, starting in 1994. During their time there, they held various roles, including Director of Relationship Management and Relationship Manager. In their roles, they managed corporate endorsement relationships with public safety organizations and supported retirement plan business growth. Rebecca also served as a subject matter expert in Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).

Rebecca Gill obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from The Ohio State University, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Rebecca later pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Communication at Franklin University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has also obtained several certifications, including the Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) from the International Foundation for Retirement Education (InFRE), and the FINRA Series 6, 63, 65, and 7 certifications from FINRA.
