Armine Mirzoian, CSP

Armine Mirzoian, CSP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2005, they worked as a Lecturer and HR Manager at the Saint Petersburg Institute of Foreign Economic Relations, Economics and Law. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at The Emergence Group.

In 2012, they joined PSN Managed Care Nurse Staffing and NCQA/URAC Accreditation Consulting as an HR Coordinator/Staffing Services, and later transitioned to the role of HR Staffing Specialist/Benefits Administrator until 2016. During this time, in 2016, they briefly worked as a Training Specialist/Consulting Services.

In 2017, they returned to PSN Managed Care Nurse Staffing and NCQA/URAC Accreditation Consulting as a Human Resources/Quality Analyst until 2018. In 2019, they took on the role of Senior Coordinator, Human Resources & Staffing Services at the same company for a few months.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked at the Jewish Foundation for Group Homes as a Human Resources Generalist and then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Specialist until 2021. Afterwards, they moved to the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators as a Human Resources Generalist until 2022.

Currently, Armine Mirzoian, CSP is working as a Human Resources Assistant at Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC (ICMS), starting in 2022.

Armine Mirzoian, CSP, holds a CSP Certificate in Human Resources Management and Staffing Services from the American Staffing Association. Additionally, they have obtained an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. Prior to these certifications, Armine completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law at the Saint Petersburg Institute of Foreign Economic Relations, Economics and Law.
