Charu Kapoor

Charu Kapoor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fashion and digital marketing industries. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at icogz since 2019, Charu leverages a unique proprietary tool to enhance digital marketing strategies. As Founder and CEO of Akara Home, Charu champions women networking on a global scale. Previously, Charu held significant roles including Business Director at M. H. Alshaya Co., overseeing P&L for multiple fashion brands, and General Manager at Apparel Group, managing a diverse brand portfolio across the MENA region. Charu's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Landmark Group and BNS Group, as well as a decade at Mexx in various merchandising and buying roles. Charu holds a Master's degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from American InterContinental University and diplomas from the London College of Fashion in Product Development and Current Trends in Retailing.
