Anna Sand

Anna Sand is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the CHRO and Chief Business Support Officer at Icomera since August 2021. Previously, Anna held the position of CHRO at Hultafors Group from March 2011 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading HR teams and overseeing corporate functions related to HR, communication, sustainability, quality, and lean practices. Prior experience includes roles at Molnlycke Health Care, where Anna contributed significantly to HR management and development initiatives, and at Volvo Car Corporation, focusing on competence analysis and leadership development. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Gothenburg and completion of the Latour Executive Programme.
