Ricardo Magalhaes

Ricardo Magalhaes is a Deep Learning Specialist at icometrix since September 2022, following the role of AI Engineer at PeekMed from September 2021 to August 2022. Prior to these positions, Ricardo served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Neurospin, CEA, focusing on Machine Learning techniques for tissue segmentation and MRI imaging from July 2019 to July 2021. Additionally, Ricardo worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the ICVS - Life and Health Sciences Research Institute in early 2019 and was a Research Assistant at the same institute from September 2013 to October 2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Sciences from Universidade do Minho, obtained between 2015 and 2018, and an undergraduate degree from the same university, completed in 2013.
