Jeff Johnson

Jeff Johnson is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach currently employed at ICON Agility Services since October 2018, and serves as the Principal at Dragon Agile Inc since July 2015, where Jeff supports organizational agility and training as the founder and principal consultant. Previously, Jeff held the position of Enterprise Agile Coach at Tata Consultancy Services, where Jeff trained over 30 teams during their Agile transformation, and worked as an Agile Coach and Program Manager at Comcast Cable, focusing on adopting Agile/Scrum practices. Jeff's career began at Marriott International, where Jeff managed various technology projects and teams for nearly 17 years, accumulating extensive expertise in project management and technical leadership across different roles. Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Decision Sciences from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University.
