Jim Camden

Jim Camden is an experienced Agile Coach currently with ICON Agility Services since July 2022. Previously, Jim served as a SAFe Coach at Summit Tech Partners, where coaching involved over a dozen teams in Northrop Grumman's Emerging Capabilities Development group, embracing agile methodologies for software, embedded software, firmware, and hardware projects. With prior roles as a SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agile Coach, and instructor for certification courses, Jim has extensive experience in transitioning teams to agile practices, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum. Educationally, Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy.
