Maria Rius Planas

Maria Rius Planas is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at icon incar since March 2022, specializing in UX/UI design. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Technical Project Manager at KET Karosserie Entwicklung Thurner GmbH from March 2017 to March 2022, overseeing the development of interior components and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration. Maria's career also includes a tenure at BMW AG as a SE Teamleader, managing the development of door trim panels for the BMW X1 and 2 Series, and positions at EDAG and Kämmerer Group focusing on design engineering in automotive applications. Maria developed foundational skills during an internship at WavEC Offshore Renewables and the Institut d'Organització i Control de Sistemes Industrials.
