Mary Arzumanyan

Mary Arzumanyan has over 10 years of experience in human resources, starting in 2011 at Icon Media Direct. Mary worked as a Human Resources Assistant, Coordinator, and Generalist, where they managed recruitment efforts, developed personnel policies and procedures, and administered performance reviews. In 2017, Mary became a Human Resources Manager, partnering with CEOs and management teams to develop HR strategies and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. In 2019, they transitioned into the role of Human Resources Director, where they directed and managed all HR initiatives and core corporate processes. Prior to their HR career, Mary worked as a Dance Instructor at Arthur Murray Franchised Dance Studio. Mary also gained secretarial and clerical experience as a Secretary/Executive Assistant at the Medical Clinic for Immunization and at Greg S. Bernstein, a professional corporation.

Mary Arzumanyan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from UCLA, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they achieved their certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2016.
