Scott Phillips

Scott Phillips, MBA, PMP is currently serving as the President of ICON National and as a Board Member at Caliber Paving in Southern California. Previously, Scott was the President/CEO of Ace Asphalt of the Southwest where Scott successfully executed a sale of the business to Huron Capital. With a background in executive management and program management, Scott has a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Organizational Leadership from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Organizational Leadership from University of Oklahoma and Northwood University.
