Tim Hunter

Tim Hunter has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Contracts Administrator and Building Coordinator at Cockram Construction since September 2013. Prior experience includes five years as Project Manager at Bowden Corporation, where Tim managed a range of commercial and residential projects valued between $20,000 and $2 million. Earlier roles include Site Coordinator at Mirvac Constructions, contributing to project operations, OH&S, and quality control, along with foundational experience as an undergraduate in project estimation and contractor administration. Tim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and a Diploma of Building from RMIT University and RMIT Tafe, respectively.
