Bungane Mehlomakulu

Bungane Mehlomakulu is a seasoned professional in building science and performance, currently serving as the Director of Building Science and Performance at ICON since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the performance of the ICON wall system and managing building performance for various project engineering teams. Previously, Bungane held the position of Head of Building Science and Building Performance at Integral Group from October 2012 to February 2021, focusing on advancing building performance and fostering sustainable design practices. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for EcoRise and participating in the Host Committee for Greenbuild Washington DC 2015, alongside prior roles at IBE Consulting Engineers. Bungane holds an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Pinchot University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
