Regina Williams-Nettleton, SHRM-CP

Regina Williams-Nettleton, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people programs. Regina currently holds the position of Director, Total Rewards & People Programs at ICON since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at ICON from April 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining ICON, Regina worked at Outdoor Voices as the Director of Human Resources from March 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources from March 2019 to March 2020, and HR Manager, Retail from July 2018 to March 2019.

Regina's previous experience also includes working at Design Within Reach as a Talent Acquisition Associate from September 2017 to July 2018, and as an HR Specialist from June 2017 to September 2017. Regina also worked at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC as a Human Resources and Training Coordinator from March 2017 to June 2017, and as a Human Resources Administrator from November 2015 to March 2017.

Additionally, Regina has experience working as a Merchandising Assistant, Contract at Bob's Stores from August 2015 to October 2015, as a Keyholder at Free People from May 2015 to July 2015, and as a Sales Associate at Michael Kors from May 2013 to May 2015. Regina also completed a Corporate Merchandising Internship in Wholesale Footwear at Michael Kors from January 2014 to August 2014.

Regina Williams-Nettleton, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. Regina obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin in 2019. Prior to that, they attended High Point University, where they studied Biology, General. Regina also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, and Design from the University of Rhode Island. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained an Inclusive Talent Acquisition Professional (ITAP) certification from Notley in March 2022.
