Paula Bates

Paula Bates has extensive experience in demand planning and forecasting, currently serving as a Forecast Analyst at Iconex since October 2019. Prior to this role, Paula was a Demand Planning Consultant and held multiple positions at Colortech Inc., including Demand Planner Finished Goods Analyst and Business Process Lead for ERP Implementation. Previously, Paula worked as an Inventory Planner at NCR Corporation and gained foundational experience as a Purchasing Associate at Liberty Power Service, Inc., along with a role as a Demand Planner at The Dow Chemical Company. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Maryville College and an Associate's degree in Mathematics/Secondary Education from Pellissippi State Community College.
