Lilla Rozsics has been working in the IT industry since 2014. Lilla began their career at Unisys as an IT Client Support Manager. In 2016, they moved to KUKA AG, where they held the roles of Head of Service Desk & Workplace (O365), Director of IT Service Management EMEA at KUKA Robotics, Team Lead SSC-IT, and L1 IT Support - Service Desk Agent. In 2020, they joined iconicchain as the Director - Customer Engagements.
Lilla Rozsics has a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from Eötvös Loránd University (2008-2011), a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Andrássy University Budapest (2011-2015), and is currently pursuing a BSC in Business Informatics from Dennis Gabor College (2018-2022).
