Andrew Sinyaver

Andrew Sinyaver is the Founder and CEO of iConnect Consulting, Inc., a position held since September 2006, where responsibilities include business development and technical management. Prior experience encompasses roles such as LIMS consultant at XDx and STARLIMS DBA at CDPH from 2005 to 2009. Sinyaver served as Product/Project Manager at STARLIMS from April 1999 to August 2006, overseeing the development and management of core STARLIMS products and leading various initiatives in public health collaboration, product documentation, and QA/QC efforts. Additional experience includes team leadership in project implementation for notable clients like Chevron and L'Oréal, as well as software development tasks. Sinyaver holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Statistics from Bar-Ilan University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
