Peter Curk

Peter Curk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ICONOMI since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Customer Experience & eCommerce Director at Big Bang Slovenija from June 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they held the position of Group Marketing and Customer Experience Director at Petrol d.d. from June 2018 to May 2021. Peter also co-founded Dia-Vit Ltd and worked as a Co-Founder from September 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, they gained experience in Deloitte Slovenia as a Senior Manager from July 2016 to December 2017. Peter served as the Interim Chief Marketing Officer at GoOpti International in October to December 2015. Prior to that, they held positions at Renderspace as COO from July 2013 to September 2015 and as Business Development Director from December 2011 to June 2013. Peter started their career at A1 Slovenija d.d. and held multiple roles including Strategy Advisor to Management Board from April 2010 to December 2011, Executive Marketing Director from May 2007 to March 2010, Head of Product Marketing from May 2006 to April 2007, Consumer Marketing Group Leader from December 2004 to April 2006, CRM Group Leader from December 2002 to November 2004, and Marketing Director Assistant-Project Manager from December 2001 to November 2002.

Peter Curk has a diverse education history. In 2000, they began studying at the Faculty of Social Science, University of Ljubljana, where they obtained an MSc. degree in Economics, Marketing, and Marketing Communications. In 2011, they attended INSEAD, where they focused on Marketing Strategy Management and Leadership. During the same year, they also studied Innovation Management and Design Thinking at the University of St. Gallen. In addition to their formal education, Peter Curk has obtained an ICA Associate Membership from the International Compliance Association in November 2022.
