Heather West

Heather West has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heather'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Strategic Alliance Management at ICON plc since April 2017. Before that, they worked at PPD, where they held executive roles in Alliance Management from November 2013 to February 2017. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Executive in Life Sciences at Cognizant Technology Solutions from October 2012 to October 2013.

Heather also has a strong background in sales and project management. Heather worked at Quintiles, where they held senior director roles in Sales and Customer Solutions Management Group from October 2010 to April 2012, and in Global Sales from May 2008 to January 2011. Heather also worked as a Director of Project Management at Quintiles from 2003 to 2008.

Earlier in their career, Heather was the Director of Clinical and Data Management at Phoenix Data Systems from March 2001 to May 2003. Heather started their career as a Clinical Research Associate at POZEN in June 1999 and worked there until March 2001.

Heather West attended West Virginia University from 1989 to 1992, where they studied nutrition. Heather then transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a focus on Nutrition from 1992 to 1994.
