Leonard Wee

Leonard Wee is an experienced executive in supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at ICON plc since 2022. Prior to this role, Leonard held key positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Director and Head of Supply Chain & Head of Strategy from 2018 to 2022, managing global supply chain operations across multiple regions. Leonard has extensive experience with K&N Engineering as Head of Global Supply Chain, where responsibilities included driving new product introductions and post-merger improvements. Earlier in their career, Leonard worked at Applied Value Group and Tefen Management Consulting, focusing on strategic management and operations consulting in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors. Leonard holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
