Ray Kaczmarek

Ray Kaczmarek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and clinical research management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations at ICON plc since June 2022, Ray previously held the position of Sr. Director of Operations for Real World Solutions at PRA Health Sciences from May 2018 to August 2022. Ray's career also includes significant roles at PAREXEL, where tenure extended from 2006 to 2017, and at Covance Periapproval Services in various capacities from 1998 to 2006.
