Roos Imbos

Roos Imbos is an accomplished professional in Quality Assurance with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Quality Assurance at ICON plc since July 2021, Roos provides strategic leadership to the Lab Global Quality and GMP Global Quality teams while ensuring compliance and quality standards by overseeing audits and regulatory inspections. Prior to this role, Roos held various leadership positions at PRA Health Sciences, including Director of Global Quality, where responsibilities included managing GxP audit programs and mentoring QA staff. With a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Groningen, Roos possesses in-depth knowledge of GLP, GCP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines, supporting a robust background in quality management and process improvement.
