Pavel Satalkin

Pavel Satalkin is a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Icons8 since January 2020, where leadership of a team focuses on the development and training of computer vision algorithms and data analysis. Concurrently, Pavel has been a Senior Software/ML Engineer at Progress since November 2018, working on software for mining utilizing C++, CUDA, and machine learning technologies such as TensorFlow and Keras. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer position at Resurs, specializing in high-load software development in C++ and CUDA, and a role as a Software Programmer at Intelligent Systems Center, where development of safety and automation systems took place. Early career involvement at PC-service included computer assembly, repair, and networking. Pavel continues education at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, initiated in 2004.
