Wouter van Rooijen

Wouter van Rooijen currently serves as Principal of Collaborative Corporate Venturing and Venture Partner at Icos Capital, a firm focused on facilitating partnerships between corporates and startups in the digital and sustainable sectors. Wouter has extensive experience in business development and innovation consultancy through Sustainable Scaling Solutions, where services include business analysis and project management. Previous roles include Project Manager for international smart energy systems support at Gemeente Rotterdam and Manager of Operations at Collective Tech EU. Wouter has also worked as a Business Developer with Alliander and held various positions within the Cleantech Cluster initiative. Wouter van Rooijen holds a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Additionally, Wouter is active in supporting refugees through a volunteer role with the Road of Hope Foundation.
