Kelly O'Hanlon's work experience begins in 1995 when they served as a Manager at Ernst & Young. From there, they held various roles in finance and accounting at different companies. Kelly was Director of Financial Reporting at a global company and led a successful IFRS to US GAAP conversion project. Kelly later became the VP Finance & Administration at ChemPoint, overseeing the financial performance and participating in strategic planning. Kelly then served as VP Finance Oil, Gas & Mining, leading the finance team for a $1.8B business. After that, they took on the role of VP Controller, responsible for global accounting policies and SEC reporting. Kelly moved on to become the VP Finance - USA Business Segment, supporting the North American President and managing a team of finance professionals. Most recently, they served as the Principal Accounting Officer/Chief Accounting Officer at Univar Solutions, overseeing global accounting, SEC reporting, and tax functions. Kelly currently holds the position of Vice President Corporate Controller at Innovative Chemical Products Group, where they focus on accelerating organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Kelly O'Hanlon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and International Business from the Wisconsin School of Business between 1990 and 1995. Kelly pursued further education at the Jack Welch Management Institute, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Kelly holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Wisconsin, obtained in the year 2000.
