Christian Rynning - Tønnesen

Christian Rynning-Tønnesen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and paper industries. Currently serving as the CEO of ICP Infrastructure since August 2024, Rynning-Tønnesen previously held leadership positions at Statkraft, including President and CEO and Chief Financial Officer, contributing significantly to corporate strategy and financial management. As President and CEO of Norske Skog from 2005 to 2010, Rynning-Tønnesen oversaw a large global paper producer with a turnover of NOK 25 billion. Additional roles include various senior positions at Statkraft and earlier experience at McKinsey & Company and Esso Norge, alongside a solid academic foundation as a Civil Engineer from the Norwegian Institute of Technology.
