Bruce Williams

Bruce Williams joined ICR in 2021 after a 25 year career as a buy side equity research analyst and portfolio manager. Bruce primarily covered the consumer discretionary sector across all market caps during his career. Prior to joining ICR, Bruce was a senior equity research analyst at Voya Investment Management for six years covering small and SMID cap companies in the consumer discretionary, ecommerce, consumer staples, education, lodging and leisure, restaurant and media sectors. Bruce was also a partner and portfolio manager at Cerner Capital for four years where he managed a global portfolio strategy for separate accounts. In addition, Bruce was an Executive Director at JP Morgan Investment Management for 15 years where he was an equity research analyst covering the retail and restaurant sectors across all market caps.

Bruce’s extensive investment experience across various consumer discretionary sectors gives him considerable insights into factors and characteristics that drive investment performance across cycles and durations. In addition, Bruce’s experience across value, growth as well as hedge fund strategies provides him the ability to communicate different perspectives to management. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting at Florida A&M University and his MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. Bruce also holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate.
