Amit Gupta

Amit Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Amit started their career as an Engineer (consultant) at WAPCOS Ltd (A Govt. of India Undertaking), Ministry of Water Resources from August 2012 to July 2016. Amit then worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago from May 2017 to December 2017. Following that, they joined 4D Healthware as a Competitive Strategy Consultant from September 2017 to December 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Data Analyst at LocalLabs from January 2018 to June 2018. Amit later moved to TransUnion, where they held the position of Sr Data Scientist from July 2018 to September 2021. Currently, they are employed at iCreditWorks as a Sr Data Scientist - Risk since September 2021.

Amit Gupta has a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Amit has also obtained certifications in Apache Spark Essential Training from LinkedIn in August 2018 and NoSQL for SQL Professionals from LinkedIn in October 2016.
