Matt Magnuson is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the contact center and wellness industries. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner of iCRYO - Recovery & Wellness and the Owner/DDPYoga Instructor at Go Get It Fitness LLC, Matt has also held significant roles such as VP of Call Centers at Extended Stay America and Director of Contact Center Operations at both Choice Hotels International and WoodSpring Hotels, where notable revenue growth and operational improvements were achieved. A dedicated fitness and wellness advocate, Matt documents a personal recovery journey from severe injuries through a fitness blog, while previously managing high-performing teams at Cox Communications and APAC Customer Services.
