Jay Noble

Jay Noble has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and program management. Jay began their career in 1991 at Ajilon Consulting (Analysis and Computer Systems Inc) as a PM/Software Development Lead, responsible for the implementation and validation of software applications. Jay then moved on to become Vice President of Software Development & Delivery, providing leadership over PMs and Project Directors in the Professional Services Delivery organization. In 2008, they joined Aspen Technology as VP Software Development, leading several global software engineering teams and acting as the primary point of contact for the company's largest customers. Jay then became VP Program Management Office & Customer Success, establishing and leading the global Program Management Office organization. In 2016, they joined Altran as Director, Engineering Services & PMO, successfully leading the implementation of process improvements in the global Engineering and Project Management organizations. In 2018, they joined MedAcuity as Director of Software Development, Delivery, Customer Success and PMO, leading the transformation of the software development, customer success and delivery organization. Jay is currently Vice President of Software Engineering Services at Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS).

Jay Noble holds an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School in International Business, an MS from Boston University in Computer Science, and a BS from University of Massachusetts Lowell in Computer Science.
