Jeff White

Jeff White has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the field of information technology. From 1984 to 1987, they served as a Fire Controlman in the US Navy. Jeff then worked as a Technician at K&L Microwave from 1987 to 1988. Following that, from 1988 to 2004, they held roles including a Correctional Officer and an Information Technology Coordinator at Eastern Correctional Institution.

In 2014, Jeff joined Vantage Point Solutions Group, LLC, where they initially served as a Service Desk Technician, providing IT support and managing various tasks. Jeff then became a Technical Account Manager and later a Technical Manager, taking on responsibilities such as advising and directing technology development, design, integration, and performing site surveys for clients.

From 2016 to 2017, Jeff worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at SAIC, monitoring security platforms, ensuring appropriate security controls, and responding to security incidents.

In 2017, they returned to Vantage Point Solutions Group, LLC as a Senior Engineer, where they promoted the company's core value system, advised on technology development and integration, and performed site surveys.

Jeff joined Cards Technology in 2021 as a Network Solutions Engineer, designing and implementing network solutions. Jeff is currently employed at ICS Complete as an Information Technology Solutions Architect, though the duration of this role is ongoing.

Jeff White has a diverse education history. Jeff attended Wor-Wic Community College from 1998 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1985, they enrolled in the US Navy Electronics School in Great Lakes, IL, earning a certificate in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. Jeff also completed their high school education at Delmar High School from 1978 to 1984.

In addition to their formal education, Jeff has pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Jeff became a Liongard Certified Professional in May 2022, obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification in September 2014, and earned the CompTIA A+ certification in April 2000. Jeff also obtained a Network Security certification from WatchGuard Technologies in April 2022 and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA in February 2019.
