David Smith

David Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David started their career at Pratt & Whitney as a Research and Development Technician, where they contributed to the coordination and management of projects in an R&D environment. David then became a Production Lead, responsible for coordinating personnel assignment and workflow in the testing of advanced propulsion systems.

After working at Pratt & Whitney, David joined American Airlines as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, where they held various positions including Aircraft Overhaul, Engine Overhaul, Line Maintenance, and Avionics Bench Technician. David later transitioned to the role of Sales and Account Manager at American Airlines, where they managed sales efforts and maintained customer relationships.

David then moved on to Advantage Aviation Technologies as a Sales Account Manager, responsible for managing sales accounts. David later joined Aero Mechanical Industries, Inc. as the VP of Sales & Customer Service, overseeing all sales and marketing efforts for the company's aircraft component maintenance and repair services.

Currently, David is serving as the Vice President Operations at ICSI (Interactive CAD Services, Inc.), where they lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality engineering support services to customers. Under their leadership, the company aims to exceed customer expectations and become a recognized name in engineering, manufacturing, and repaired products.

David Smith has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Manufacturing from Northeastern State University. David also holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Aircraft Maintenance from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Aviation from Tulsa Community College. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Airframe and Powerplant from the Federal Aviation Administration, DMIR - FAA Designee from the Federal Aviation Administration, and FCC General Radiotelephone from the Federal Communications Commission.
