Elena Coval

Elena Coval possesses extensive experience in quality control and human resources management, currently serving as Quality Control Manager at ICT-GROUP since April 2018. In this role, Elena has developed procedures to monitor production flow, ensure quality standards, conduct inspections, and manage various ISO certifications. Previously, as Human Resources Lead, Elena oversaw recruitment processes, training programs, contract negotiations, and employee onboarding. Additionally, a background in back-office management includes drafting commercial offers, managing supplier relationships, and organizing events. Earlier career roles include administrative positions at OMW SERVICE srl and Bosch Italia. Elena holds a Master's degree in Economics and Law for Businesses and Public Administrations and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Organization from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
