Richard Hedström

Richard Hedström has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Richard started their career at Saab Microwave Systems in 1991 as a System Engineer, focusing on system engineering, software development, and FPGA design. Richard then joined ALTEN Sweden in 1997 as a Consultant, specializing in system design and FPGA- and ASIC design. Richard worked with clients such as Saab Dynamics, Ericsson Microwave, and Ericsson AB. In 2001, they became the Manager of the Embedded Software and Electronics department at ALTEN Sweden and was also a member of the head management team. Finally, in 2011, Richard became the CEO of Ictech, where they lead a team of consultants in creating projects supporting customers' businesses in a value-driven environment.
