Sinan AlRubaye

Sinan AlRubaye has a diverse work experience. Sinan started their career in 2009 as a Professional Soccer Player at Al Ahli Sports Club. In 2012, they worked as an Intern at Al Jazeera Media Network, where they assisted a project manager in the International Operations Division and Integration and Expansion Division. Sinan then moved to Class Furniture in 2013, where they served as Assistant General Manager and Project Manager. In this role, they lead a team of 6 employees and represented the company in international design and furniture exhibitions in Europe and Asia. In 2017, they joined Iowa State University Book Store as Sales Team Lead. In this role, they planned and executed Next Level Sales Training with an evaluation method for 60+ sales associates, resulting in a 2% increase in-store sales and improved customer satisfaction. Sinan is currently working as Chief Experience Officer and Head of Growth at ICVR.

Sinan AlRubaye earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from College of the North Atlantic - Qatar in 2013.
