Jessica Nielsen is currently the Communication & Employee Engagement Manager in the Human Resources department at ICW Group. Prior to this, Jessica held positions in companies such as Microsoft, NewSchool of Architecture & Design, DKI Services, and Vibrant Marketing & Design, where Jessica was involved in marketing, communications, and business development. Jessica holds a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
