Meir Shitrit

Meir Shitrit has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the technology industry.

Starting in 2001, they worked at Alvarion Technologies as a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, where they developed an NMS application for hardware component management and specialized in writing an interpreter for automation developers.

From 2005 to 2007, Meir joined SAP as a QA and Automation Group Manager, where they managed a team of QA and QC engineers for a web-based CRM system. Meir was responsible for recruitment, establishing work procedures, and ensuring smooth business and development operations. Meir received recognition for innovation and creativity during their time there.

At Super Derivatives, Meir served as the Director of R&D from 2007 to 2013. Meir established and led the infrastructure group, transforming it into a service provider for other company teams. Their responsibilities included software development, automation, ALM, and QA. Meir oversaw the development and deployment of various fields, including distributed business processes and optimizing market data.

Meir then joined ironSource in 2013 as VP R&D, where they established and led the Web & Mobile division, making it a central group in the company. Meir managed over 50 employees across different areas, handling both professional and administrative aspects until 2016.

Following their time at ironSource, Meir joined Jelly Button in 2016. Meir held the role of VP R&D until 2018 and then transitioned to General Manager until 2023.

In 2022, Meir briefly worked at Playtika as the SVP of the New Games Division.

Currently, Meir Shitrit is the CEO and co-founder of Icy Ghost, a position they have held since March 2023.

Meir Shitrit completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Academic College Ono. Meir pursued this degree from 2004 to 2007.
