Ben O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ben started their career as a Weekend Negotiator at Connells and Stratfords Estate Agents in 1994, where they gained experience in customer service and business development. In 2002, Ben joined Howes Percival as a Right to Buy Manager, responsible for conveyancing and team management. During their time there, they introduced efficiency measures to streamline administrative tasks. In 2004, Ben worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Prime Time Recruitment before joining Aurora Computer Services as a Manager. At Aurora, they successfully grew the ID card division, which later became ID Card Centre.

In 2011, Ben acquired ID Card Centre and became the Managing Director and Owner. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth, with improved customer service and online innovation. With a quality-driven approach, Ben increased customer retention and gained market share. Ben also established ICEtags as part of the ID Card Centre brand portfolio, providing In Case of Emergency (ICE) cards with vital medical and contact information. Ben continued to manage and own ID Card Centre until 2020.

In 2020, Ben became the Managing Director of Reward-It Ltd.
