Matthew Novak has a diverse work experience. Matthew is currently working as a Customer Success Associate at ID.me. Prior to that, they were a Retail Operations Manager at Delaware North, where they worked with the St. Louis Cardinals. Matthew also gained experience as a Customer Success Intern at Cheddar and as a Guest Relations Intern with the Indianapolis Colts. Additionally, Matthew has worked as a Student Manager for the Indiana University Men's Baseball team and as a Game Operations Associate for the Indy Fuel Hockey Club. Matthew also has experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked as a Mobile Expert and Mobile Associate at T-Mobile. Before entering the civilian workforce, Matthew served in the United States Marine Corps as an Armory Non-commissioned Officer in Charge, where they were responsible for managing gear and records. Matthew also served as a HIMARS Crewman, operating rocket launchers and recording mission data.

Matthew Novak completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Indiana University Bloomington from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2017 to 2018, where they pursued General Studies. Matthew Novak received their high school education at Naples High School from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design in February 2022.
