Ryan Friess

Ryan Friess has a diverse professional background in technical sales and engineering roles. Ryan is currently working as a Technical Sales Instructor at Careerist, where they develop and delivers engaging classes to prepare students for careers in tech sales. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Sales Engineer at ID.me, where they delivered technical presentations and developed successful partnerships with industry leaders.

Ryan also has experience as a Technology Consultant II at Ingram Micro, where they focused on providing partner technical enablement with Citrix & IGEL solutions. Ryan was responsible for delivering product training and demonstrations and helping partners develop successful Citrix & IGEL practices.

Ryan Friess completed their education at multiple institutions. Ryan first attended Palm Beach State College from 2009 to 2011, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Then, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in both Computer Science and Computer Engineering at Florida Atlantic University.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan Friess has obtained several certifications. These include AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, CCP-V from Citrix, and iGEL Certified Engineer (ICE) from IGEL Technology, all obtained in 2020.
