Alberte Segev Karsum

Alberte Segev Karsum is an experienced HR consultant currently employed at IDA since January 2022, contributing to the interests of over 155,000 members in the engineering and IT sectors. Previously, Alberte served as an HR and recruitment consultant at Moment A/S from March 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included candidate screening and job interviews. Alberte began a career in financial management as a Junior Financial Controller at SpotOn Marketing, following a role as a student assistant in the finance department at Slagelse Sygehus. Alberte holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Syddansk Universitet and Copenhagen Business School.
