Jennica Falk

Jennica Falk is a seasoned Product Owner with extensive experience in user experience design and management. Currently, Jennica serves as a Product Owner at IDA since February 2024. Previously, at Schultz A/S from February 2018 to January 2024, Jennica led a significant technical overhaul and redesign for the widely-used Jobcenter case management system, enhancing its user interface to meet user needs and comply with legislation. Jennica's prior roles include Principal UX Specialist and Senior User Experience Designer at NNIT, where Jennica contributed to large-scale agile development projects in the public sector. Jennica's career began at Nokia, where involvement in user experience design spanned various capacities, including UX Manager and UI Designer, contributing to mobile solutions for mass-market segments. Before joining Nokia, Jennica conducted design research as a Ph.D. student at the Viktoria Institute and Media Lab Europe, collaborating on projects that bridged academic and corporate interests. Jennica holds a Master’s degree in Informatics from the University of Gothenburg and has pursued studies in Computer Science at New Mexico State University.
