Aisling Soden

Aisling Soden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, policy analysis, and geological research. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent, Talent Transformation & Innovation at IDA Ireland since August 2017, Aisling focuses on enhancing client digitalisation, talent development, and innovation capabilities. Previous roles include Policy Manager in IDA's Strategic Policy Department, as well as Program Manager at Science Foundation Ireland, where Aisling managed significant research portfolios. Aisling's academic background includes a PhD in Structural Geology from the University of Glasgow and multiple certifications in business administration, project management, and renewable energy. Current academic pursuits include a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College.
